Cookies are small files that a website saves on your device when you visit it. They are used, for example, to remember your preferences or to gather usage statistics. This policy also applies to similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage).

We use the following:

• Cookie preference (technical, first-party): we store in your browser’s local storage whether you have accepted or rejected cookies, so that we do not ask you again. It is kept for 12 months. It does not require consent because it is necessary to remember your choice.
• Histats (analytics, third-party): a visit statistics service from Histats.com that tells us, in aggregate form, how many people visit the site and which pages they view. It is loaded only if you click ‘Accept’. If you click ‘Reject’ or do not respond, it is not loaded.
• Google Maps (embedded third-party service): the contact page displays a Google Maps map. The map loads whenever you visit that page, whether you have accepted or rejected cookies, because it is part of the content showing our address. When it loads, Google may receive data from your browser, such as your IP address, and use its own cookies, in line with its privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Analytics cookies are installed only with your prior consent, which you can give by clicking ‘Accept’ in the notice that appears when you enter the site. The ‘Reject’ option carries equal weight and is just as easy to use. If you close the notice without choosing, or press the Esc key, this is not treated as acceptance.

We store your choice for 12 months. After that, we will ask you again.

You can change your choice at any time by clicking ‘Cookie settings’ in the footer of any page on the site.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You will find instructions in each browser’s help section (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge…). Please note that if you block all cookies, some features on other websites may stop working.

Histats and Google are responsible for processing the data collected by their own services and process it in accordance with their own policies. Some of these providers may be established outside the European Economic Area; in that case, the transfer is governed by the safeguards they themselves provide under the GDPR.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@pars-ecotech.com, as explained in our privacy policy. If you believe we have not processed your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We may update this policy if the cookies we use or the regulations change. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
